Manchester Christmas Markets

Every year me, my mum and grandma will have a girls shopping day and go round the christmas markets. It never fails to put me in the festive spirit. I love them so much.

If you’re looking for something to get you into the festive spirit i’d definitely recommend the markets. They have a whole wide rang of shops, you can buy decorations, christmas presents and you can also get yourself some food and drinks whilst walking around. Every year it seems more and more stalls are added, it’s huge. We got some special cups with our hot drinks, they cost us £2.50; you basically put down a deposit and if you bring your cup back they’ll give you back your £2.50 however we decided to keep ours as a little memory i guess and they have a cute little design on them as well.

I haven’t yet been at night but i would love to go with a few friends and have some drinks. So if anyone in Manchester wants to go, holler at me.
We had an amazing lunch at the Slug and Lettuce (Albert Square) which i would highly recommend.

They have so many vegetarian and vegan options on their menu, i was pleasantly surprised.

I also just want to talk about this mocktail! It’s an apple mojito and i am obsessed. I had two. They’re so refreshing and tasty.
Have you been around the markets yet or are planning to?
